YES Premia, Corporate Salary & Rural Marketing
Responsible for driving marketing initiatives for key retail segments of the Bank: YES Premia, Corporate Salary, TASC and Rural Banking Group.
Managing marketing initiatives for YES Premia, YES BANKs Affluent Banking program
Responsibilities include working closely with the Program team towards program positioning and customer proposition
Creating a monthly marketing calendar of online and on ground activities
Supporting the program team for new customer acquisition and nurturing the portfolio towards deepening relationship, driving cross sell and increase channel penetration
Includes strategizing and executing marketing activities for YES BANKs Corporate Salary segment
Working with Product, Channel and internal marketing stakeholders for go to market strategy, portfolio deepening and quality enhancement of the segment
Closely working with digital campaigns and on-ground marketing team to deliver on monthly marketing calendar, campaign objectives and business goals
Tracking and monitoring effectiveness of campaigns across mediums. Identification of new initiatives to enable achievement of identified goals
Solutions for Trust Associations Societies and Clubs (TASC)
Marketing for this key liabilities segment includes shaping the product proposition and go to market strategy
Working closely with business teams for specific activities, solutions and local sponsorships for key accounts
Responsible for Asset and Liability products for Rural Banking Group
Developing go to market plan for the launch of new and existing Rural Banking products, Microfinance, Financial Inclusion programs & the plan for year-round promotion of the same
Design customer communication for rural products across media for relevant target audience basis customer insights Identify clear metrics for evaluating spends on marketing
Conceptualize and design the communication and collaterals in line with the overall brand guidelines keeping in mind rural consumer Tracking and monitoring effectiveness of campaigns across mediums Identification of new initiatives to enable achievement of identified goals
Education: PG in management with a specialization in marketing is preferred
Can be relaxed basis relevant work experience
Other Aspects / Skills:-
Stakeholder management, excellent communication skills and experience in planning and executing on-ground and online campaigns. Ability to multi task and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Work experience of 5 10 years. Prior marketing experience in a Bank or financial services industry would be preferred.
