Deputy Registrar – (Group – A) (Absorption / Deputation basis) /Number of posts and Category 02 – UR 3 Pay Level Level 12 as per VII CPC (Pay Protection as per norms)

Essential educational qualifications and experience Qualification:Masters’ Degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7-point scale from a recognized University / Institute.

Experience: i) Officers from the Central / State Government or Institutes of national importance or Universities / University level Institution or PSU / Industry: a) Holding analogous post or b) With at least 5 years’ service in posts in the GP pay of Rs. 6,600/- as per Central Pay Commission or its equivalent and having experience in administration, establishment and accounts matters.

Desirable Qualification in area of Management / Law and experience in handling computerized administration / legal / financial / establishment matters

Academic Pay Level Level – 06 as per VII CPC

Essential educational qualifications and experience: First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Arts / Commerce from recognized University / lnstitute and Bachelor’s Degree in library science.

Desirable Post Graduate Diploma in Library Automation and Networking, PGDCA or equivalent from a recognized institution

Office Assistant (Multi-Skill)/ Number of posts and Reservation 02 - UR 3 Pay Level/ Pay Band Level - 5 as per VII CPC

Essential Qualification & Experience :Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or Institute in any discipline with six years of relevant experience in Administration / Academics / Purchase & Stores / Accounts / IT / Engineering. (or) Master’s degree from a recognized university or any Institute in any discipline with four years of relevant experience in Administration / Academics / Purchase & Stores / Accounts / IT / Engineering.

Desirable Proficiency in computer skills, good drafting and noting skills etc. Knowledge of Government Procedures, Rules etc. Experience in Government Organizations / Government Educational Institutes / Government Autonomous bodies / Institutions of National Importance / University etc. will be preferred. 6 Job Description The incumbent is expected to work in Administration / Academics / Stores & Purchase and Accounts etc.

Age :Not more than 39 years as on closing date of advertisement.

IISER Tirupati is the sixth Institute in the chain of IISERs being established under the Ministry of HRD for imparting quality education in basic sciences and set up state-of-art research facilities for front line and cutting edge research in science. This is a new institute and is currently being mentored by IISER Pune.
