CFM and SAE have won a large contract with IndiGo, which includes a Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) Service. As part of the Line & Site Operations Engine Services business unit, your mission is to improve the customer satisfaction and to streamline the process of repair for all parts removed. In this frame, you are tasked with:
1. Managing locally the equipment to be repaired - ensure transportation scheme is in place and working - make sure replenishment process is working as planned - guide customer through our industrial scheme - follow up of WIP and perform communication to the customer for all equipment under repair - manage the equipment inside the ERP system
2. Acting as first point of contact in all LRU related questions - provide feedback to customer on any technical or process related item - provide Front Office feedback to LRU teams - understand process of customer's main and secondary bases and influence on our process
3. Monitoring the performance of the LRU contract - generate weekly reports to the customer - follow up the KPI plan built - work closely with the Contract Manager for quarterly business reviews
You are ideally graduated with a BSc/Master's degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering and have a professional experience in Supply Chain. As you work with the customer, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of MRO and/or SAP is a plus.
