Requirements
Proactively maintain and develop all Linux infrastructure technology to maintain a 24x7x365 uptime service. Engineering of systems administration-related solutions for various project and operational needs. Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments. Fault finding, analysis, and logging information for reporting of performance exceptions. Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning. Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hotfixes on servers. Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasks. Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment. Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes. Working experience as a Linux Administrator for at least 6 years. Strong experience in Linux server installation, configuration, admin, server patching, and troubleshooting. Exposure on Ansible. Good Knowledge on Kubernetes, containers. In-depth knowledge of UNIX and different flavours of Linux: RedHat, CentOS, Debian, etc. Good understanding & knowledge of LVM and samba. Familiarity with VMWare/SAN management. Shell Scripting will be an added advantage. Sound knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP, and SNMP. Linux certifications (RHCT, RHCE and LPIC) will be considered an advantage. Strong problem solving and communication skills. Good understanding & Knowledge of Zimbra mail server. Experience on Satellite / Spacewalk will be an add advantage.
Education Requirement High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.

Employees should not attempt to lift, pull or push a load in excess of 50 lbs. without assistance. Care should always be taken when lifting, pushing or pulling in an awkward position.
