Key Responsibilities
Strong experience in Learning Management System (LMS) with SABA Talent Management is must
Experience in support of SABA Talent Management Solutions or Working experience in Application configuration Perform detailed data analysis data validation and identify data quality issues
Good experience in analyzing the issue and perform RCA in less turnaround time A Support, implement, and maintain tickets logged by end users to identify and define opportunities for systemic business solutions Collaborate effectively with other team members while involved in multiple work streams
