Policy bazar jobs - loan officer

Experience: 1 - 3 yrs (only relevant experience candidates can apply)
Location: Gurugram.
Roles and responsibilities:-
1.      Handle personal loan, home loan, business loan, credit cards and gold loan leads assigned by central marketing team and ensure maximum successful business 
2.      Compare options of multiple banks and advise customers on best option for them. Coordinate with partner banks for loan documentation, disbursement and customer service
3.      Manage relationship with banks, sales managers, customers
4.      Report back status of leads to central marketing team and update CRM
5.      Generate referral leads from existing customers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
·         Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard
·         At least 1 year experience in selling of financial products including personal Loan, Home Loan Mortgages and Loan against property.
·         Strong command over English
·         Keen to work hard, punctual and having a zest for learning
·         Eye for detail and comfortable in working with numbers and calculations
