Job Description

  • Selection of potential villages,
  • Establishing business relationship with poor women.
  • Targeting new customers and forming groups & centres; you have to make 40 -loan client per month.
  • Holding the centre meetings in a businesslike manner.
  • Verification & recommendation of loan proposals and documentation;
  • Ensure timely disbursement and recovery of the loan
  • Monitoring the loan utilization.
  • Provide feedback for new loan products based on customers' requirements;
  • Supervision of Business Development Associates and help them to identify new costumers and
  • Maintain a good relationship with staff, customers and local population to obtain and retain good customers.
