We are Australia based mortgage broker firm with office Punjab.  We are looking for someone to work from home. The company is looking for a suitable candidate. You will be working from home and will have flexibility of working on your own schedule.

The requirement is very specific and please refer to the below checkpoints to eligibility.

Ø  Candidate should have experience in analysis of Assets, Income and Credit to ensure borrower profile, transaction and properties meet the company's lending criteria.

Ø  Must have exceptional at customer service and rapport building.

Ø  Effective communication skills via zoom and phone

Ø  Maintain and update account records and CRM system for application lodgment.

Ø  Create and implement effective marketing materials for print and digital media

Ø  Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as and when needed.

Ø  Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.

Ø  Excellent knowledge of MS word/excel.

Ø  Stringently look for parameters of 'Loan to Value' (LTV), 'Debt to Income ratio' (DTI) and 'Housing to Income ratio' (HTI) ratio, components in the Mortgage loan files

Ø  Candidate should have Experience in reviewing of the Borrower profile including Credit, Income, Assets, Collateral, Compliance, Employment and other Lending risks such as interested party involvements.

·        Candidates to be - Flexible towards the work schedules as below: -

·        Workdays:  Mon- Friday, as per schedule by the company

·        Work Timings: As per Australian Business Hours

·        Required Qualification: Any graduate/Postgraduate.

·        Ability to sell and close a deal effectively, gaining client's trust and confidence.

·        Be reliable, punctual and professional to all client meetings, initiate contact confirm appointment asap.

·        Determine clients’ needs and objectives and act in clients’ best interest.

·        Constant communication with clients either to request or to provide updates.

·        Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans.

·        Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process.

·        Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines.

·        Handle home loan submission enquires from broker channels.

·        Driving first contact resolution through handling any escalations on pending home loan applications and meeting broker requests within set service legal agreements (SLAs)

·        Meet broker expectations in terms of efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, professionalism, and warmth.

·        Liaise with Underwriting Services,

·        Worked within a customer service, sales, contact centre environment.
