Job Description

Logistics Analyst I -Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities :

Day-to-day tracking of logistic activities
Facilitation Inbound/Outbound deliveries
Monitor transaction flow via EDI interface
Investigate missed shipments
Handle issues at Customs
Monthly logistic cost control
Coordinate and implement logistics projects
Develop logistic solutions
Track and trace through the FF systems
Track KPI’s and logistics performance through IBD, OBD and warehousing
Prepare shipment documentation as per destination country regulations and compliance with LC terms and conditions
Understanding and execution of the inspection process requirements
Build a proper communication channels with internal – CX, Sourcing, LC team and trade compliance team - and external
Customers, FF, Internal and external vendors and 3PL service providers - stakeholders
Knowledge of Cycle count and inventory count
Knowledge of special approval process “TRA, CD and MOI” as per country requirements
Knowledge of the trade compliance requirements
Dispute management and RMA’s
GR Creation
