Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events.
2. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event logistics and operations.
3. Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and coordination of activities.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
5. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
6. Assist in the creation of event proposals, timelines, and budgets.
7. Handle administrative tasks related to event planning, such as RSVP tracking and database management.
8. Support the team in post-event evaluations and analysis for continuous improvement.
9. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall event experience.
