1 to 4 Years 
3,00,000 - 7,00,000 Per Year Manage and follow the shipment of general cargoes with the nominated Logistics Service
Provider from the place of collection up to the place of delivery
Responsible for handling transporation of both On-shore / Off-shore supplies with proper
documentation.
Arrange and follow transportation of equipments from supplier’s place / GE unit locations
upto site including insurance and documentation for the payment, in the best conditions and
in accordance with the transport strategy / project manager.
Be in contact with suppliers and GE partners in order to obtain necessary information and
documents to anticipate and arrange transport of related equipments.
Ensure road worthy good packing and marking of cargo before arranging its transport.
Obtain necessary dispatch documents for invoicing to customer, E Way Bill, Delivery Challan
etc. Check such documents very closely in order to avoid any delay in the Customs
Clearance / Billing / Cost booking process.
ITO & OTR support in co-ordination with LSP and arrange and follow-up transportation of
cargo with freight forwarder/LSP, including :
- inland transportation
- import customs clearance
- delivery at site
- In case of damage of cargo during transportation, give instructions, collect necessary
information and documents, prepare file for reimbursement by insurers and arrange return of
cargo to factory if any.
