Key Responsibilities

• Transportation & Dispatch: Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure timely vehicle placement and loading.

• Shipment Tracking: Monitor end-to-end delivery status and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Documentation: Prepare and manage logistics documents, including delivery challans, loading records (LR), and proofs of delivery (POD).

• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and assist with stock verification.

• Issue Resolution: Resolve logistics, transportation, or courier-related issues, such as shipment delays or damaged goods.

• Operational Support: Assist with purchase orders (POs) and vendor coordination.

Required Qualifications & Skills
