Mandatory criteria – Min. graduate

Age – Not more than 25  

Experience :- Minimum 6 months Experience in sales (wire , Switch , Fan ,Light , Cables Etc.) 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

▪ Drive distribution width and depth within designated area 

▪ Deliver secondary sales target of retail outlets within designated area 

▪ Outlet management 

▪ Increase retailer awareness in their designated area and onboard new outlets 

▪ Drive range selling across outlets 

▪ Ensure availability of stocks across outlets within designated area 

▪ Focus on activating new channel when directed 

▪ Help TSI to manage relationship with distributor 

▪ Be aware of all competitive activities within the designated area 

▪ Dissemination of trade schemes and other benefits to retailers and dealers 

▪ Performing outlet census as per plan for towns in scope of distribution addition 

▪ Driving adoption of Bizom/ SFA 

▪ New outlet opening and business build 

▪ Competitor benchmarking of schemes, new product launches and actions in market

Salary :- 25000 Monthly Take Home + P.F + Esic + T.A + other benefits ETC
