Sales Long Arm-
The person should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
of working in a sales role with a trading/distributor firm, for e.g. -working
with a product distribution firm/large retail outlet etc. Could be also someone
who is working as a freelance sales person -working as a door to door sales
person.
The role: This would include
-a> calling/visiting the enrolled CMs,
b> checking with them on files' status,
c> getting in
touch with the other attendees of CE programs and encouraging them to sign up
as a CM,
d> collecting documents from CMs and
passing it on to the FLA or CE office as the case may be e>drop off files to
bank / nbfc branch f> finally, the person will provide feedback to the CE
office on the issues and roadblocks in order to improve the quality
of the paper work and increase the loan value and volume
through the process
