Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, support and maintain multi-tier solutions based on business requirements primarily using no-code/low-code platforms (MS Power Apps, Power Automate, SPO, SQL Server and logic apps) driven, and cloud native solutions.
Monitor and debug production systems and work to continuously improve availability, performance and quality.
Achieve automation & orchestration of tools and workloads around multiple cloud platforms
Follow development policies, standards and guidelines for application development, change management and support to ensure quality, consistency and reliability.
Understand business requirements, design solutions to meet those requirements, estimate complexity for implementation and decompose epics and stories into technical implementation tasks.
Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and architects to find solutions to achieve business aims.
Learn new concepts and technologies fast and apply in an agile manner.
Stay current on LyondellBasell IT strategies and standards and influence customers in support of the strategies and standards.

Min. Qualifications

Bachelor'â˘s degree or higher in computer science, engineering or related field with minimum 5 years' related job experience preferred; Non-degreed professionals with minimum of 10 years' related job experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the full application development lifecycle (i.e. requirements gathering, functional and technical design, development, build, installation, documentation, and code management).
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Cloud technologies, solutions, services and products.
Deep functional knowledge and technical understanding of cloud computing services and demonstrated success implementing business workflows and automation.
Experience working within an Agile development environment.
Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision and superior decision-making, analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to apply strong communication skills to resolve conflict professionally and routinely interact in cross-functional groups.
Build solutions to fit working with continuous integration, continuous testing and continuous delivery.
Experiences with code refactoring, design patterns, design-driven development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications, application security
Experience working in a global corporate IT department supporting enterprise applications.

Technologies Experience

Proficient in performing software development with strong experience with cloud computing platform and serverless development methodologies & frameworks
Experience with building Cloud Apps, Rest APIs
HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap
Experience with project, collaboration and source code management tools such as Azure DevOps GitHub, GitLab
Broad understanding of Cloud Platform: Compute, Storage, Networking, Database, Authentication
Deep knowledge and understanding of SDKs, command line interface, containerization and CI/CD
Strong database fundamentals with 5+ years of industry development experience using SQL
