Lower Division Clerk

Eligibility : 1. Candidate holding the analogous post i.e. Lower Division Clerk on substantive basis in the Pay Matrix Level-2 (PB-I, Rs. 5200 – 20,200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1,900) in ICAR Hqrs. / any ICAR Unit (*). 2. 70% vacancies to be filled by promotion basis from Group ‘C’ employees in the Grade Pay of Rs. 1800 and who possess 12th class pass or equivalent qualifications and have rendered 3 years of regular service in the grade. The maximum age limit for eligibility is 45 years (50 years of age for the SC / ST). In this regard, persons so promoted will be required to qualify in a typing test within a period of one year from the date of their appointment failing which no annual increment shall be allowed until he / she has passed the test or the condition has been waived off by the Competent Authority according to the relevant rules.

Skilled Supporting Staff

Eligibility : 1. Candidates holding the analogous post i.e. Skilled Supporting Staff on substantive basis in the Pay Matrix-Level-1 (PB-1, Rs. 5200-20,200 with Grade pay of Rs. 1800) in ICAR Hqrs. /any ICAR unit (**) (Age below 45 years) 2. Casual Labourers with Temporary Status (CLTS) who possess the minimum prescribed qualifications of Metric or ITI or trained by the respective administrative departments in terms of MOF’s O.M. No. 1/1/2008-IC dated 24.12.2008. They would be allowed age relaxation equivalent to the period for which they have worked continuously as Casual Labourers.
