Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage and operate equipment to produce high-quality goods.
Prepare and adjust machines before launching the production process.
Observe and evaluate machines during operation to ensure excellent performance and quality standards.
Conduct regular and preventive maintenance on machines to prevent failures and reduce downtime.
Identify and solve problems with machinery as they occur.
Coordinate and cooperate with other team members to plan production schedules and ensure prompt delivery of orders.
Keep a tidy and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Abide by all safety protocols and guidelines to avoid accidents and injuries.
Skills:
Strong mechanical skills
Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and blueprints
Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines
