Job Description

Mail Administrator/ Helpdesk Assistant/Secretary recruitment in Indian Institute Of Management Ahmedabad

Mail Administrator – Computer Centre

Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements:  The candidate should be minimum graduate (full time) with minimum second class from any recognized university.  The candidate should have minimum three years of relevant experience.  The candidate having experience in Google Apps and G suite will be preferred.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities.  The candidate should have knowledge of MS-Office and other computer-related tasks.  In case of suitable and deserving candidates having considerably good relevant experience, educational qualification criteria may be relaxed provided all other qualities like communication skill etc. are also good. 

Age: Max. 35 years as on the last date of application. Government of India instructions on reservation will be followed.

Salary & Allowances: Selected candidate will be offered a fixed term appointment initially for a period of three years on a consolidated monthly salary on CTC mode. The contract may be extended further as per the mutual convenience

Helpdesk Assistant, Computer Maintenance

Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements:  The candidate should be minimum graduate (full time) with minimum second class from any recognized university.  The candidate should have minimum three years of relevant experience.  The candidate having Technical Certificate like CompTIA A+, N+ will be preferred. The candidate should have Knowledge of ITIL processes.  The candidate should have excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities.  The candidate should have knowledge of MS-Office and other computer-related tasks.  In case of suitable and deserving candidates having considerably good relevant experience, educational qualification criteria may be relaxed provided all other qualities like communication skill etc. are also good. Working: Monday to Saturday. 

Age: Max. 35 years as on the last date of application. Government of India instructions on reservation will be followed.

Secretary to Chief Administrative Officer

Qualification & Experience: The candidate should be minimum post graduate in any discipline with minimum second class from any recognized university. The candidate should have minimum five years of relevant experience.  The candidate should be proficient in MS-Office. The candidate with MBA degree may be preferred. The candidate with CS from Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) may also be preferred.

Key skills requirement:  untiring attitude, dedication, and ability to work at long hours  assume a fast-paced and entrepreneurial approach to the responsibilities,  should be able to handle a multitude of tasks, with short and long-term objectives having at times, competing and conflicting levels of priority,  good verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels  attention to detail and a well-organized approach to work  the ability to priorities work and to work well under pressure  the capability to work with numerical information, plus analytical and problem-solving skills a diplomatic approach and the confidence to provide support to high-profile. stakeholders of the Institute. integrity and discretion when handling confidential information possess diplomacy, meticulous attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.

Age: Maximum 40 years.

Secretary to Faculty

Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements:  The candidate should be a graduate (full time) with first class from any recognized university and should have minimum five years of relevant experience OR the candidate should be a post graduate (full time) with first class from any recognized university and should have minimum three years of relevant experience. A post graduate management degree from a recognized university would be preferred.  The candidate should have excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities.  The candidate should be fluent in English communication, should be capable to handle queries successfully, and should be flexible to work as per the programme requirements. In depth knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Access, Word, Power Point) and other computer related tasks is essential.

The candidate should have information gathering skills, understanding of basic office administrative processes, high level of technology literacy, particularly internet and social media is necessary. The candidate should have excellent common sense, communication skill and positive aptitude.

Preference may be given to the candidates having Certificate/ Diploma in Short hand/ Stenography in English, typing in English, Office Administration,Communication, Computer Applications etc.  The candidate having practical experience mainly related to secretarial assistance may be preferred. In case of suitable and deserving candidates having considerably good relevant experience, educational qualification criteria may be relaxed provided all other qualities like communication skill etc. are also good.

Age: Maximum 30 years as on the last date of application.

Executive Assistant, Programmes

Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements: The candidate should be minimum post graduate in management – MBA - (full time) with minimum second class from any recognized university. The candidate should have minimum five years of relevant experience.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) interpersonal skills, multi-tasking abilities,strong networking and relationship building skills. The candidate should have knowledge of MS-Office and other computer-related tasks. The candidate should have experience in marketing of education programs or professional services to corporate clients or educational program execution, Exposure to digital marketing and social media will be preferred.

Age: Max. 35 years as on the last date of application. Government of India instructions on reservation will be followed.
