Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Level 1/Level 2 application support role, you will be responsible for handling user queries related to application, generating reports, supporting testing (includes test case creation, execute and sign off) and ensuring compliances as per the organization standards.

• Support Users in connecting the application
• Support Users on application navigation
• Work with DSG/GL Support to correct any missing messages/interfaces or incorrect Messages received
• Create/Maintain/Update User Desktop procedures
• Create/Maintain/Update all Application compliance procedures
• Create/Maintain/Run Adhoc Reports requested
• Support new project testing areas

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years’ experience operational/application support role
• Familiarity with database concepts like schema, tables, columns, table relation ships
• DB2, SQL query writing
• Hands on experience with various collaborative tools like Slack, Outlook, Box, MS Office Suite

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Domain knowledge on Logistics
• IBM I5/iSeries (AS400),RPG SW Language
