Job Description
Candidate must have knowledge of Housekeeping Services. It's a field work job not back office work. Company can provide accommodation also if any candidate required. He/she must have vehicle. Petrol and Mobile recharge can be provided from company.
Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
Employ, supervise and train workers.
Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices
Conduct preventative maintenance work.
Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance
Conduct safety inspections as scheduled.
Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
Skills:
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
Fantastic organizational and leadership skills.
Great eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Great time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Company is providing housekeeping services. Company has two division, one is commercial in which company takes housekeeping contracts and second is domestic in which company is providing home cleaning, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, fan cleaning, sofa and chair cleaning etc. type of household services.
