GENERAL AND TASK MANAGEMENT
Ø Guiding and supervising maintenance of the facilities.
Ø Communicating the importance of safety procedures, detailing procedure codes, ensuring associate understanding of safety codes, monitoring processes and procedures related to safety.

Ø Ensures integration of departmental goals in game plans oversees execution of long-term preventative maintenance and 10-year asset protection plans, supervises construction to ensure timely completion of projects within budgetary guidelines.
Ø Ensures team members are treated fairly and equitably, coaches and supports engineering leadership team to effectively manage controllable expenses (e.g., heat, light and power, water consumption, tools and equipment, grounds keeping supplies, uniforms, vendors, service agreements, inventory, etc.).
Ø Addresses potential areas of concern and proposes solutions to owners in a proactive manner.
Ø Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding departmental goals to produce desired results.
Ø Ensures fire crew has complete understanding of all procedures, equipment and alarms, resolves tenant problems and complaints.
