``Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

```Duties```
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the ongoing reliability of equipment and systems
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on operations
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as needed
- Oversee the installation of new equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment history
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules
- Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services

```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or degrees are a plus
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC, and other building systems
- Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for work order management and asset tracking
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in facilities management is preferred
- Knowledge of high voltage systems is a plus
