Support decision making of allocation of part manufacturing between in-house and subcontract manufacturing.

Document manufacturing information for production of parts with Process document, route cards, BOM as applicable.

Identify and evaluate potential failures of critical manufacturing process using tools such as PFMEA.

Drive continuous improvement in workflow and processes by applying methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma and process re-engineering to deliver tangible / intangible benefits to the organization.

Prepare a repair and rework plan for parts as per quality reports/ test reports.
