Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct daily and weekly machine checklist
  
• Conduct monthly inventory of spare parts
  
• Performs scheduled preventive maintenance
  
• Ensure timely corrective maintenance
  
• Timely encoding of data in performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
  
• Encode all transaction in Solar like restocking of spare parts used.
  
• Conduct daily reading and recording of electrical and water consumption
  
• Contribute actively to the company’s continuous improvement program.
  
• Ensure compliance of documents based on the quality system of the plant
  
• Do 5S on his assigned area of responsibility and as defined by superior
  
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Maintenance Manager or other superior officers.
  
• Conduct problem solving and corrective action plan with follow up checking of effectiveness.
  

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
  
• With at least 2 yearsexperiencein Manufacturing environment
  
• Knowledge of ISO QMS and EMS awareness
  
• With experience in mechanical,electrical and or fabrication system
  
• Conversant both in written and oral communication preferably in English.
  
• Basic computer knowledge
