Job Description: Management Intern

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Management Intern to join our team at GHRC. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience across multiple areas including human resources, event coordination (both virtual and physical), marketing, sales, and social media management. The intern will work closely with our team to support various initiatives and projects aimed at driving engagement and growth within the GHRC community.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Human Resources Support:

·        Assist with talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management processes.

·        Help maintain HR records, update databases, and coordinate communication with internal stakeholders.

2.      Event Coordination:

·        Collaborate in planning, organizing, and executing virtual and in-person events such as webinars, workshops, and conferences.

·        Manage event logistics, registrations, and provide on-site support as needed.

3.      Marketing and Sales Assistance:

·        Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and promotional materials to increase GHRC's visibility and membership.

·        Support sales efforts by assisting in lead generation, prospect research, and client communication.

4.      Social Media Management:

·        Create and curate engaging content for GHRC's social media channels to drive user engagement and brand awareness.

·        Monitor social media metrics and analyze performance to optimize content strategy.

5.      Administrative Tasks:

·        Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing documents.

·        Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Enthusiastic learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

Duration and Location:
This is a 6-month internship position based in Uttarahalli with a 5.5-day workweek, work from office.. Outstanding interns may have the opportunity to be converted to full-time employees based on performance.
