Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform balance sheet reconciliation by following the policies and procedures outlined
2. Identify the reconciling items and drive them to resolution
3. Save all the supporting documents in the respective document repository.
4. Understand the accounting systems to perform the assigned balance sheet reconciliations
5. Maintain defined process delivery trackers, update close checklist, and ensure the accuracy of the data updated
6. Proactively follow up with respective stakeholders for any specific information that is key for completing the balance sheet reconciliations
7. Promptly highlight to TL any Internal team dependencies or client dependencies which can cause delays for the month-end close process and ultimately cause delays in the completion of the reconciliations
8. Prepare process documentation.
9. Work on invoice coding and getting them into the workflow
10. Work on PO Processing and tracking
11. Understand Vendor mapping/GL coding
12. Follow critical vendor master file
13. Escalate changes (volumes, timelines, process, additions) in the SLA to CFD
14. Manage deliverables as per SLAs (quality & timelines)
