About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations
2. Working on participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
3. Working on observing and learning from experienced staff members
4. Working on gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes
5. Working on taking detailed notes and liaising with managers, supervisors, and other senior staff
6. Working on fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship
7. Working on following all company regulations, and health and safety codes
8. Working on preparing documents and updating records
9. Working on learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings
10. Working on participating in daily operations as required

Other requirements

1. Candidate must have a master's degree

2. Candidate must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

3. Candidate must have proficiency in MS-Office

4. Candidate must give superb attention to detail

5. Candidate must have strong leadership skills

6. Candidate must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn

7. Candidate must have a willingness to work overtime if required

8. Candidate must have excellent time management skills
