1. Understand how a company operates
2. Support managers with various tasks (e.g. policy making, goal setting)
3. Learn to evaluate the performance
4. Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies)
5. Understand each department's (e.g. marketing, sales) daily processes and goals
6. Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry)
7. Get familiar with personnel duties
8. Participate in the company's strategic planning
9. Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data).
10. Keep track of business revenue
11. Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
12. Create and give presentations
