What You’ll Do:

• Create clear compelling copy for various mediums (push notifications, emails, sms, email notifications)
• Work closely with Category Managers and Program managers
• Manage end to end campaigns and engage customers through relevant communications
• Create relevant customer segments, analyze trends and prioritize campaigns
• Increase user growth across platforms
• Provide messaging and channel understanding to internal stakeholders
• Working on like Clevertap / Moengage / Webengage

What We Need:

• Proficient in Excel and HTML
• Knowledge of SQL will be desirable
• Should be analytical, detail-oriented and organized
• General understanding of the ed-tech landscape and trends will be desirable
