Effective coordination for recruitment
Understanding the requirements in terms of job profile.
Searching & screening appropriate candidates.
Coordination for interviews, attending candidates till finalization.
Coordination for the new joinees.
Induction & related documentation on the day, training schedule & related coordination HR colleagues
Post selection documentation, salary negotiation, offer letters, followup for joinees.
Handle employee queries on HR processes and policies .
Execute employee engagement initiatives.
Manage MIS and support in statutory compliance tracking
Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company
