Position Name: Management Trainee - Digital Sales

Job Role:

We are looking for candidates having the passion and mindset to take up the challenge and deliver while working in a fluid start-up environment and will bring an energetic, fun and creative approach to their work. He/she wil be responsible for generating Revenue & User Acquisition for the group's Content/gaming App communities through strategic partnerships.

Note: Please be informed that this job requires to work as a Trainee for initial 6 months, post that you will be absorbed on company rolls depending upon performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be working closely with Head_Sales and will be engaged actively in planning revenue generation from Direct brands and Media Agencies.
• Monetise Group's Mobile Apps (Qureka, QurekaPro ) through selling digital marketing, User Engagement & content marketing activities to target clients.
• Establish business relationships with Brands and Media Agencies for group apps.
• Comprehensive Coverage of key markets to Gather insights and share them with the Product/ Operations team to align products performance as per the client's requirements
• Coordinated with support functions like finance, operations and more for the smooth functioning of business Desired candidate profile.
• This will be work from home job for now until the situation gets normalize, should be ok with doing end to end sales thru visual/telephonic meetings.
