MacroHire is looking for Management Trainee in its Talent Acquisition team. This is a fast-paced growth role. After completion of training period candidate will be positioned as Consultant with Macrohire. Role Responsibilities: * Extensive reach out to candidates overcall. Your daily avg call time maybe approx. 4-5 hours or so. * Lead and drive closures for client openings. * Identify process loopholes and improve those. * Ensure TAT is adhered to for assigned openings. * Have a continuous pipeline of candidates for key openings. * Identify new channels for reaching out to candidates. * Handhold selected candidate and ensure they join the organisation through counselling and query resolution Who are we looking for? * We are looking for extroverts - It is an extensive candidate reach-out role and we are looking for people who are up for that challenge. * Can do attitude to take on challenging positions head-on. * You need to have your own laptop. * We are a six-day working organisation( Saturday is work from home) * MBA is a big plus for this role Role Benefits : * This is a growth role and the role will grow quickly depending on the candidate skillset. * Candidate would be close with the founding team and get direct business exposure. * Work from home on Saturdays * Defined career path * Lucrative incentives over and above fixed salary
