Our client is a leading Aluminium Master Alloys company is looking for Management Trainee to work from their office in Hyderabad. The Management Trainee will be trained and groomed to be high-performing Business Development executives or Logistics and SCM executives based on their aptitude and interest.

Responsibilities
B2B Lead generation from Linkedin, Meta and Google etc.
Prospect mapping and building good rapport with target prospective customers
Organizing and participating in business meetings, presentations and following up to close deals
Acting as single point of contact to the customer through out the order to fulfillment processes
Logistics and SCM:
Working with customers, transport vendors, HQ and factory to ensure order fulfillment timelines are met
Completing all documentation required for transporting finished goods to the customers including invoicing LRs, e-Way bill etc.
Managing vendors to get the right prices and right quality of service/products

Qualifications
MBAs with high learning orientation and ambition to grow fast.
Excellent communication Skills
Pro-active attitude and making things happen
