Job Description: Management trainee hired under this program will spend initial 12months of their training program in the pre-sales function of Incor's realty division. The pre-sales division Is directly responsible for converting all digital leads to site visits. During this period, they will be trained by the functional heads in various aspects of the business. On completion of their training, they will be evaluated for a role within the organisation that suits their interests & skillsets.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
A valid driver's license may be required.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Superb attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Willingness to work overtime if required.
