Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate (with minimum 60%). Candidates with a MBA degree will be preferred.

Experience: Candidate must have minimum 2 years of experience in banking/finance/rural development/management/insurance

Key Skills: Demonstrable team spirit with collaborative skills. Exposure to Insurance/ Credit Guarantee Sector would be desirable. Industry connect is added advantage for suitable candidate.

Other Criteria: Proficiency in MS Office/ IT Tools. Proficiency in English language.

Remuneration: Candidates shall be paid consolidated monthly remuneration based on the experience and educational qualification as under: Rs. 40,000/-(Negotiable)

Contract Period: The Consultants will be appointed on contract basis initially for a period of one year which may be extended based on requirement of the project and performance or will be co-terminus with the project period.

Termination of contract: Initial 03 months will be probation period during which NABCONS shall have the right to terminate the services of the individual without any notice period or assigning any reason. Thereafter, the contract is terminable by giving 03 months' notice period on either side as per NABCONS policy.

Age Limit: Maximum 30 years

NABARD Consultancy Services (Nabcons) is a wholly owned subsidiary promoted by National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) and is engaged in providing consultancy in all spheres of agriculture, rural development and allied areas. Nabcons leverages on the core competence of the NABARD in the areas of agricultural and rural development, especially multidisciplinary projects, banking, institutional development, infrastructure, training, etc., internalized for more than two decades.
