Job Description
1. Assisting Directors and Seniors for Client Meetings
2. Traveling to client offices and plants along with Directors and Seniors
3. Coordinating with clients for scheduling meetings
4. Following up with clients for ensuring completion of actionables decided during the meetings
5. Preparing Minutes of Meetings
6. Preparation of various Management Documents and sheets using MS Office.
7. Providing regular updates about client status to the Directors and Seniors
8. Assisting Directors and Seniors in completion of daily tasks
9. Assisting Analysts during Organizational Analysis
10.Assisting Team in conducting various Workshops
11.Maintaining records of the meetings conducted in the Project Sheet
12.Completion of any other task assigned by the Directors or Seniors
