The candidate is expected to build relationships with top event managers, Wedding planners, venue owners and corporate team heads to generate leads and sale our services. Reports To:  Manager and Director

Salary:
management trainee( 90 day) : 12000 per month
Upon confirmation as BDE: 20000 per month + incentives

Prerequisites

• Excellent Communication Skills. Fluency in English/Hindi

• Smart personally with the ability to carry himself in style

• Person with desire and passion for events and the glam industry.

• Ability and confidence to speak to all cadres of people

• Fluency in the use of MS Word, Powerpoint, and Excel

• Ability to plan and execute organizational goals

• Ability to handle targets

• Familiar with the use of social media for marketing and promotion

Job Role

• Tap our target market of large luxury venues/5 stars/Clubs via regular visits. You will be given an area by the company covering upto 50 venues and you will be required to cover them weekly..

• Build relations with India's leading Wedding Planners, event managers, and Club Owners. You will be provided with 100 new leads and need to maintain 25 to 30 active relationships from the database.

• Prepare and present company presentation to potential clients

• Maintain Broadcast lists with the Target market

• Maintain proper records of all prospect lists and client communication

• Negotiate and close deals

Desirable Traits

• Passion to travel and ability to work late at night as the norm in the industry

• Ability to drive Motorbike and Car (personal vehicle preferred)

• Ability to use laptop Fluently (needs to have his own laptop)

• Ability to think out of the box and contribute in the company's strategic plan

Incentive from 5% to 10 % of Net  revenue + Upto INR 1000 per day for Events incentive

Incentives are also on quarterly/annual achievement of targets
