·         Active participation in  submission of High quality and large scope bids like Varanasi Smart city, Tumakuru smart city, Ujjain Smart City, Gwalior Smart City, Lucknow smart city, Sagar Smart city, Satna Smart city, Kochi smart city, Agartala Smart city, Aligarh smart city, Aligarh smart city to ensure Technical qualification with good score

·         Active participation in  submission of High quality and large scope bids for NHAI and other toll projects to ensure Technical qualification with good score

·         Working with client post submission for post bid clarification

·         Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for documentation related to bid development and registering with the vendors

·         Analyzing the Tender Status according to the criteria mentioned in the RFP by the customer

·         Maintain MIS for upcoming and current tenders.

·          Facilitated and led bid status conference calls for sales team Coordinated with additional aligned Sales functions as needed to complete proposals

·         Acquired bid results and bid tabulations of previously posted projects, Developed reports regarding awarded bids.

·         Work with leadership to drive and facilitate the development and deployment of bid management policies, processes, procedures, tools, and on-going improvements

·         Assisted in Researched pricing/costing.

·         Collaborating with other verticals of the company to submit the Bid on time.
