About the role: We are looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our team as Management Trainees - Sales, Fresh Graduates in the areas of Business Development, Business Research, Business Operations, MIS, and Key Account Management. The successful candidates will receive on-the-job training and support as they work towards their professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans
• Conduct market research and analyze data to support business decisions
• Monitor and track business performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Manage and maintain data and information systems, including MIS reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
• Participate in business development activities and contribute to sales growth
• Support senior management with various ad-hoc projects and tasks

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or final year student with a degree in Business, Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
