Job Description

• Execute the approved brand plans and ensure quality and time lines, so as to achieve
  
• measurable gains in market share and new business as per the plan.
  
• Visit specific markets, coordinate and work with the sales team and understand the ATL, BTL
  
• requirements of each territory and then plan based on requirements
  
• Coordinate with media, advertising and research agencies on a routine basis, provide briefs as per the directions of Group Product Manager and work with
  
• them such that they deliver their services as per the specified requirements
  
• Carry out relevant market research to support sales and marketing activity, monitor and collate
  
• competitor and market intelligence information and submit the same to report in senior.
  
• Initiate and coordinate promotional activities with the sales team, handle purchase of promotional
  
• materials (POP’s) and coordinate dispatch of the same to respective depots with the logistics team
  
• Continually learn pertinent things relevant to the job and improve capabilities to effectively perform current and future jobs in the department
  

Key Metrics to co-ordinate:

• Co-ordinating and ensuring Internal brand circulars to team weekly for ensuring better recall among the sales team for the given assigned brands.
  
• Co-ordinate on Gross margin workings (co-ordination with finance team)
  
• Sales & Operation meeting, Sales & Marketing meeting co-ordination
  
• Visiting Markets regularly (report submission on time)
  
• Interaction with Sales team on daily basis and report MIS and competition details tracking and reporting MIS
  
• Category knowledge updating it from time to time
  
• Marketing MIS tracking as per the specified formats.
  
• Preparing monthly review meeting presentations
