Job Summary – The Finance Manager will be a key member of the Accounts & Finance team reporting to Deputy Managing Director. He will distribute the financial resources of a company, is responsible for the budget planning, and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.

Responsibilities include:

• Solely manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department including:

• month and end-year process

• accounts payable/receivable

• cash receipts

• general ledger

• payroll and utilities

• treasury, budgeting

• cash forecasting

• revenue and expenditure variance analysis

• debt activity

• Build and work on Financial Models and strategies from time to time

• Liaise with consultants to ensure compliance with all regulatory laws

• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

• Coordinate and complete annual audits

• Provide recommendations

• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

• Direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy

• Meet financial accounting objectives

• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

Requirements and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting post qualification is a must.

• Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns

• Knowledge of tax software and MS Office

• Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships

• Strong leadership and personnel management skills

• Analytical skills with detail orientation

Education:  Bachelor's in Commerce/Inter CA/MBA
