Essential Responsibilities:
- Partner with marketing and Analytics team members to develop segmentation and targeting recommendations that can be used for digital engagement initiatives
- Measure campaign results to ensure effectiveness of targeting strategy and gather new insights that can be applied to future campaigns using procedures like proc summary, proc means, proc univariate, proc sql
- Provide ongoing feedback and insights to the business regarding customer behavior trends
- Deliver on Ad-hoc & Strategic projects and Analytical packages that can be best practiced.
- Communicating business results/interpretations with clients and peers
- Leverage internal and external customer information to better understand customer behavior
- Bring in best-in-class industry practices in Digital Analytics.
- Proactively propose, initiate & execute strategic projects that leverage Digital data.
- Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
- Background of modelling skills is an advantage
- All projects should be adhering to SLA’s on timeliness, accuracy & compliance.
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Postgraduate/Graduate in Engineering or in any quantitative discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in Analytics domain with experience in banking/Credit card.
- 4 years of hands on experience SAS, SQL good to have and Python/ R optional.
- Experience in working on projects related to segmentation, customer behavior analysis and campaign analysis in banking/credit cards.
- Responsible for end – to end delivery on all projects ensuring adherence to SLA’s on timeliness, accuracy & compliance.
- Effective communication skills
