Manager/Assistant Manager-Linux Server Administration jobs in Gurgaon at Televisory

Job Responsibilities:- Design, install and configure internal and cloud servers, network devices and firewalls.

Proactively manage and maintain server, network and firewall systems.- Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans- Design and implement monitoring, configuration management and reporting functions that will make a hands-off environment- Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance- Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation

Assist with hardware, firewall and software vendor evaluation, recommendation and negotiations- Mentor / cross train team members on existing and new technologiesAdditional Requirements :

Exposure on CI/CD tools like Gitlab or Jenkins-
Exposure on setting up and managing GIT repositories-
Exposure towards, DB, WEB and application security-
Hands on experience in configuring services in AWS like EC2, S3 and CloudWatch.- Managing Backup and Recoveries, NAS server
Hands-on experience in ApacheTomcat server configurations and performance tuning- Hands-on experience in nginx as reverse proxy- Hands-on experience in managing and setting up MySQL replication- Exposure in doing MySQL performance optimization for high traffic applicationsRequired Candidate profile :- A solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking

Cisco Certified Network Associate or Professional -CCNA/ CCNP MCITP Server

Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related area) preferred.- RHCSA or equivalent certification in relevant programs desired- Configuration, setup and troubleshooting the Mail server

Strong knowledge of distributions like Centos and Ubuntu flavors.- Knowledge and experience about container-based architectures like Docker- Good knowledge of BASH scripting,

GIT, SAMBA server configuration, policies definition etc- Knowledge of DNS (PowerDNS),DHCP, MYSQL, EXIM, POSTFIX, Apache, PHP etc.Min Exp Required
