Manager/Assistant Manager -Investment Banking (Equity Capital Markets/Mergers & Acquisitions)

Educational Qualification: MBA or CA or CS

Minimum Experience: 1-4 years

Job specific skills:

1. Ability to create financial model from scratch for M&A, Private Equity transactions
2. Strong understanding of the concepts of company valuation e.g. DCF, Trading & Transaction Comparable analysis
3. Well versed with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
4. Basic insight of the Indian markets and industry sectors
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability and dedication to meet strict and aggressive deadlines Analytical mindset with an eye for detail Experience in data mining from various sources including Bloomberg, VCCedge etc preferable

Technical & Derivatives Analyst

Educational Qualification: Graduate, with preference for MBA from recognized Universities in India/overseas. CMT / CFTe Certified or currently pursuing will be an added advantage

Minimum Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience

Job Specific Skills:

1. Applicants should have 2-3 years of Work Experience
2. In depth knowledge of Technical and Derivatives
3. In depth knowledge of Technical software (IRIS or Falcon)
4. Strong analytical skills
5. Logical thinking
6. Strong verbal & written communication skills
7. Must have good understanding of the financial space and ability to multi-task
8. Necessary NISM Certification

Equity Advisor-Retail Equity

Educational Qualification: Graduate, with preference for relevant post graduate qualifications

Minimum Experience: 3+ Years

Job specific skills:

1. Graduate / Post graduate with minimum 3 yr exp in Equities on the client advisory side

2. Should have sound understanding of capital markets,

3. Should be a result-oriented, self-starter, proactive, good communication skills.

4. Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.

5. Should be certified in NSE Cash, NSE Derivatives, BSE Cash & NISM Currency Derivatives

Equity Dealing-Head

Educational Qualification: Graduate, with preference to MBA /CFA / CA or equivalent from recognized Universities in India/overseas.

Minimum Experience: 5+ Years

Job specific skills:

1. Applicants should have Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in an equity broking outfit out of which 2 years minimum experience must be of team management 
2. Conducting daily / periodic sales planning and review meeting with the team to discuss pipeline, follow up calls, delivery planning
3. Excellent communication & presentation skills.
4. Client relationships management and ability to execute client acquisition strategy
5. Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
6. Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills

Risk Management – Retail Equities

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum Experience: 5+ years relevant experience in RMS profile in medium to large broking house
