Manager-Business Development(Servetel) 2 - Positions

Experience: 3-5 yr(s).

Job Description:

  • Responsible for getting leads from our current partners.
  • Proper management of the leads in CRM.
  • On-boarding of Startups.
  • Responsible for managing healthy relation with the partners.
  • Regular follow-up with the Startups and assist them in understanding companies significant use.
  • Ensuring that the sales database is always up to date and accurate.
  • Ensuring that proper procedures and practices are in place so that maximum efficiency is achieved.
  • Building relations with the clients to ensure the best possible services should be delivered.
 

Skills & Attributes:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development/client relationship.
  • Should be familiar with startup culture.
  • Can understand the pain areas of early stage startups.
  • Should be good in communication, Hindi/English.
  • Should be startup enthusiastic.
  • Capability to scale up the free accounts into paid one.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 60% through out in academics
