Job Description

Urgently required Manager - Channel Expansion for Kolkata Location for Swati Kaushal Kendra(BFSI training Center) 
Scope of Role: 
  • To set up new franchise for channel expansion 
  • Working strongly on identifying new territory for channel expansion. 
  • Plan and execute business development strategies and hand holding for new set up centre. 
  •  Sales reviews of new franchise team and conduct training. 
  • Setting up new franchise, 
  • Handle all queries and help them understand the aspects to focus upon 
  • Meeting the targets. Training and staffing of new centre. Candidate Profile: Female - Corporate Sales , Insurance Sales preferred 
  • Graduate with minimum 4+ years’ experience in Business Development & marketing. 
  • MBA preferred 
  • Age group between 27 – 32 years 
  • Good communication skills required
