Job Description

Manager - Clinical Research and Data Analytics - Gurgaon, HR (868978)

Required Qualifications:

  • MBBS+ MD/MS/MBA with prior experience of healthcare/pharma analytics Lifesciences, US Healthcare Domain
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience; minimum 4 years of extensive project management experience
  • Experience in the US Healthcare and coding, Health insurance knowledge, managed care experience
  • Extensive experience in the delivery of projects in an Agile environment
  • Experience in project planning, resource and capacity planning using project management tools, e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Agile, AHA
  • Proven leadership and motivation skills and the ability to maintain high levels of energy and engagement
  • Excellent client-coordinating and internal communication skill
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound analytical and grasping skills to understand business/functional/non-functional requirements
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
