Manager – Compensation & Benefits
Location : Bangalore
Core Job Responsibilities :
- Manages special in-country compensation and benefits projects, e.g. job leveling, job hierarchies, re-organizations, internal and external audits or new government-mandated changes
- Recommends salary grades for new or revised jobs that have impact over the country/region
- Provides recommendations on various pay actions (job offers, promotions, equity increases, bonus buyouts, etc) utilizing survey sources, market references, internal equity, and other data as appropriate.
- Leads the implementation, administration and communication of core compensation and benefits programs (job evaluation/leveling, market data analysis and application, merit planning, annual incentive plans, long-term incentive plans) through the Country under responsibility.
- Is responsible for compensation and benefits survey activities including data collection and validation of the submitted data to meet timelines. Analyses survey results and builds recommendations. Participate in any calls or meetings relating to the surveys.
- Annual Compensation Review cycle – supports and supervises execution of the program including planning, launching, tracking & managing budgets, documentation of approvals, consolidation of statistics.
- Benefits – Design competitive benefits plan and support renewals of policies/contracts

- Understands business issues and cultural differences and applies that knowledge to compensation & benefits design and processes
- Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously
- Exceptional quantitative and diagnostic problem solving skills.
- Strong analytical & numeric skills and proficient in major software especially Microsoft Excel.

- Thorough understanding of compensation & benefit budgets and funding requirements
