The Credit & Risk Manager’s mandate includes the following:
• Structured Review & Feedback Mechanisms and timely reporting to various stake holders
• Timely Roll-Out and update of various Policies & Manuals in line with regulatory changes and
business requirements
• Act as Thought Leader and Subject Matter Expert in Risk and Credit Underwriting.
• Predictive Risk Management Techniques
• Use of CIBIL Scrub, Stress-Test scenarios, Portfolio analytics etc. to identify early signs of
stress, market specific delinquencies etc.
• Responsible for formulation Underwriting Framework - TAT, MIS, Bounce Rates, Early Bucket
delinquency management etc. in line with Business Plan
• Responsible for Digital Tools like Credit Scores etc. to enhance productivity
• Develop & Maintain Monitoring Mechanism
• Periodic review of approving authority in light of audit scores, hind-sighting reports, process
compliance, delinquencies and bounce rates, business requirement etc.
• Maintaining TAT in line with strategy
• Publish MIS on timely basis to maintain the Portfolio hygiene
• Financial Analysis and forecasting

• Able to learn new tasks and other matters pertaining to real estate finance
• Quick solution finding ability
• Patience and perseverance
• Excellent communications skills
