Minimum qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in the Advertising and/or Media industry.
- 2 years of experience in delivery/client engagement or operations in Sales, Marketing Operations, and/or Sales Enablement.
- 2 years of experience managing teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in strategy consulting in a media and/or advertising industry.
- Track record of successfully managing cross-functional and cross-regional partnerships.
- Knowledge of advertising solutions and the media landscape, both online and offline.
- Ability to identify and prioritize strategic and/or tactical business opportunities.
- Ability to engage with and influence executive leadership with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Digital Marketing Strategists who work collaboratively with in-country Business teams.
- Achieve quarterly goals and growth objectives for multiple segments.
- Partner with in-market Business teams to develop growth plans to be actioned by the team.
- Motivate the team to deliver the benefits of Google’s ad solutions to all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business, Marketing, Product and Program Management teams to enable Google’s go-to-market and growth strategy for the Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) segment.
